- A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
- Cancellations 91 or more days before departure: Refund of all payments made excluding the $300 non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations 61–90 days before departure: 50% refund of payments made excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations 60 days or fewer before departure: No refunds.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
If we are able to fill your reserved space from our waitlist, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future Abundant Roots retreat.
