My wellness journey didn’t begin in a classroom or with a certification.
It began with life.
I was the “chubby kid” growing up. Later I became the overwhelmed working spouse and parent trying to balance career, family, and responsibilities. Eventually I found myself navigating life as a divorced single mother, doing my best to stay strong for my children while quietly trying to figure out how to care for myself too.
Like many people, I spent years pouring into everyone else first.
Somewhere along the way, I realized something had to change.
My path toward wellness became a personal journey of rediscovery. I began learning how to nourish my body, calm my mind, and reconnect with myself. Over time I embraced a holistic way of living that focuses on nutrition, movement, mindset, and self-compassion.
What I discovered was that true wellness is not about perfection or quick fixes. It is about learning to listen to your body, honoring your needs, and giving yourself permission to take up space in your own life.
Today, through Abundant Roots Healing & Wellness, I support people who have spent years caring for everyone else, their families, their careers, and their communities, and who are ready to finally make space for their own well-being.
Through one-on-one coaching, group programs, and immersive wellness retreats, I walk beside you as you reconnect with your strength, restore balance, and build sustainable habits that support your whole life.
Because wellness is not about becoming someone new.
It is about returning to who you were always meant to be.
